1. Techruit competency assessment
We have three+ years of experience in assessments and have conducted pre assessments for job suitability of over 300000 candidates till date using our own proprietary assessment method. We have serviced requirements of software and ITES/BPO sector. Our expertise includes aptitude test for language (English), Maths and logical skills as also tests in domains such as software language competence (basic level) - C++, Java etc and domains like accounts & finance.
We have an online test engine where clients could use our own test or we could customize our test engine to meet client requirements.
We charge clients on "Per Recruit Basis" or "Per candidate tested" basis or on "Per event basis" where clients are charged one block amount for the event (useful for campus campaigns).
2. Recruitment services
We cater to clients across the entire job spectrum but specifically for entry level requirements only. Our ability to cater to mass requirements of clients for recruitments at entry level has brought us praise from many clients.
a. Pre-screened candidates on demand: Clients give us their requirements and numbers and we give them pre-screened candidates.
b. Exclusive recruitment campaigns: Where client requirements are large and recruitment in huge numbers have to be done at short notice we execute a series of exclusive campaigns for the client which would help them recruit the numbers they need in the time frames they desire.
c. Job fairs and events: Techruit conducts job fairs and events at several locations all the time. Existing clients are usually updated about such events sufficiently in advance. Clients participate in these fairs for a small fee and recruit candidates based on their requirement. Our fairs have footprints of 2000-20000 depending on the scale, location and size of the event.
